No pain! No Champagne! Is a performance using unusual places as a stage to perform - in this instance a gym. The artist Jake Wood deconstructs the obsession many people have with sculpting the perfect physique.
Wood is drinking excessive amounts of champagne whilst others are trying to burn calories off.

@Disturbance is an exciting project that blends queer performance and creative works with video art.
As a contemporary, innovative arts collective, our goal is to explore and disrupt power dynamics, and celebrate queer bodies, identities and sexualities. We do this through a hybrid of powerful physical events hosted in and live streams that transcend the boundaries of digital and physical. Everything is delivered from our base in Ugly Duck, Southwark.
